My name is Jamie-Lee and I am a certified Kinesiologist.

I have always had a passion for sport, performance, and human movement. Growing up, I played as many sports as I could fit into my schedule.

Those activities made me want to pursue a career in helping people to stay active and healthy so that they can live the best version of their life! I currently continue to play Junior A female hockey, compete in various rodeo events such as roping and barrel racing, and enjoy many other outdoor activities.

I look forward to using skills that I’ve learned through my time in university as well as my time working at RTP Health. These skills include injury management, exercise prescription, human anatomy and physiology which I will use to help people achieve their health and wellness goals.

Currently, I am studying Manual Osteopathy and am anticipated to graduate the program in October of 2023.
